GeM and the NIC/GePNIC e-procurement portals used by state governments, plus open tenders. AI then keeps only the tenders that match your products, so the team reviews a short list instead of hundreds of notices.
What does the AI actually do?
It filters tenders for relevance to your catalogue, summarises each tender's eligibility, specifications, quantities and dates, and helps you decide which products and distributors to bid with.
Can it generate our letters and bid documents?
Yes. It assembles documents and annexures for each bid and generates letters on your letterhead, including dealer authorisation and incentive letters.
